Know exactly what a tender requires before you spend thousands bidding on it.
Government tenders bury the rules that get bids thrown out. One missed certificate, one form in the wrong file, one deadline read wrong, and a good business loses to paperwork. In July 2026, Public Services and Procurement Canada itself named the barriers: complex and highly technical requirements, repetitive and time consuming documentation, difficulty understanding solicitation requirements, and limited capacity to compete with larger firms that have dedicated bidding staff.
TenderReady reads the full tender package for you and hands back one clear document: what is mandatory, what documents you need, what deadlines apply, how scoring works, and where your submission could fail.
Founding price: CAD $149 per tender.
What you receive
| Deliverable | What it does |
|---|---|
| Requirement matrix | Every mandatory requirement, each one tied to its source reference in the tender |
| Eligibility assessment | The stated pass or fail conditions, laid out plainly |
| Document checklist | Every certificate, form, and attachment the tender demands |
| Deadline schedule | Question deadlines, submission deadlines, and milestones in one place |
| Evaluation breakdown | The published scoring criteria and point values, mapped |
| Risk register | Missing information, conflicting wording, and disqualification risks, flagged |
| Submission checklist | A final completeness review before you send anything |
One correction round is included. Every package is verified by a person against the original tender documents, line by line.
Judge the work before you pay anything
Our sample package takes apart a real federal tender, an internal audit services RFP issued through CanadaBuys. It found all six mandatory criteria, the full 110 point scoring breakdown, and a genuine trap: the tender cover page directs submissions by email while a later section states that proposals sent by any means other than the platform will not be considered. That is the kind of contradiction that ends a bid before it is read.
Request the sample package by email and read it before you decide.
How it works
- You send the tender. A link to the public tender package is enough to start.
- We take it apart. Requirements are extracted, structured, and then verified by a person against the source documents.
- You get the package. One document with the matrix, checklists, deadlines, scoring, and risks, plus one correction round.
Honest limits
TenderReady does not guarantee contract awards. It does not certify legal compliance, invent credentials your company does not hold, or decide your eligibility for you. You stay responsible for verifying your own qualifications and for submitting your bid. What we sell is clarity: the complete picture of what a tender requires, early enough to act on it.
Context: in 2024 to 2025, the Government of Canada awarded $66.9 billion in contracts for goods, services, and construction. Smaller firms still capture a minority share of that value. The work is there. The paperwork is the wall.
